The weather is absolutely beautiful here at Savognin. We enjoyed a couple of hours of great skiing and then went to the Berhaus Somtgant for lunch. Gotta go now—more skiing awaits!

Focus stealing
This morning I was steaming milk for a cappuccino when all of a sudden the toaster stole focus. Now my kitchen’s a mess and smells of burned milk. It’s lucky I wasn’t hurt. Just a few years ago, this sort of thing would have been considered completely unacceptable.
When will manufacturers learn that appliances should never steal focus?
