Last weekend Lisa bought a new bike and tested it out in Hagaparken.

Lotta came too. We stopped at the copper tents for an ice cream.

Here I am posing with the new mountain biker. Lisa did great on her first day, bravely charging up steep hills.

On the way home, I rode up to the top of the big hill in the park next to the E4 highway.

Across Brunnsviken is Bergshamra. I live in one of the short tan buildings with the red roofs.

Greetings from an exhausted and sweaty Michael.
